1. Application of charcoal bar briquette machine

This Charcoal Machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming.  After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.

2.  Production Process of charcoal bar briquette machine

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.

     (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.

3. Pressing to raw material into briquette by putting the dried materials into briquette machine.

4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final products,  this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine)

5. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.

3. Working Principle of charcoal bar briquette machine   

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.

 The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes. 

 During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.

   3.Molding! After drying materials,We will take the materials processing to bar.  It is a very important procedure.Briquetting machine use for it.

   4.Carbonization . This is a last procedure.Take the wood bar shipshape into the inside of carbonization furnace.About spend 8-10hours. The high quality charcoal is ok ! 

     Afterwards , You need take the finished product move to other place.After cooling,The high quality \environmental protection charcoal is completed.
