Description

 the new-generation ceramic multi-pipe cyclone dust collector of high efficiency and low impedance,This dust collecting equipment features resistance to corrosion/abrasion, high temperature withstanding, non-block, long lifespan, easy and free operation and management and zero secondary pollution, and is ideal for 0.5T, h--0.6T/h boiler.

 

Principle of work

 The equipment is a cyclone type dust collector. As gas containing dust goes in the dust collector, the gas, through the ceramic-made guide, swirls in the cyclone; the dust separated from gas under the action of centrifugal force lands in the dust collecting chamber, and then be discharged through dust discharging valve, while the purified gas forms a rising flow, flowing in the gas collecting chamber, and then being released through a chimney at the outlet. Notice for installation and use

Handle the equipment carefully and gently when transporting or loading/unloading it. Avoid any collision or scrub. When installing it, use asbestos cord in between flanges and flange connectors and tighten them with bolts, so as to avoid air leak, a factor that may affect dust collecting efficiency of the equipment. After put it into use, remove dust out of the equipment regularly, often at a frequency of once in no more than 4 hours, to avoid overload of dust collecting chamber. Engineer and user should use suitable dust collector according to the exhaust volume and smoke flow of the boiler, and leave space for dust collector for boiler.
