The box is fabricated by pre-galvanised sheet steel and epoxy coated in light grey color. The basic box consists of four aluminium diecast pillars resting on four corners of the base plate, which is fabricated by pre-galvanized sheet steel. The side blanks, which is also made of pre-galvanised sheet steel, can be customized to accomodate various sizes of metal ducts, u-PVC ducting or conduits. Brass terminals are also provided for earth connection on the base plate. The frame & trap cover are manufactured from cold roll iron epoxy coated in light grey color. The trap recess can be from 6mm to 20mm, or even deeper. The box height can be adjustable from 60-75mm and 75-90mm or even much higher depending on the requirement of sites.
