glue thickness of decoration panel is 0.4~0.6mm, should be pointed out if have special request for the glue thickness.

2. Resin contain

exclude gel coat and resin-rich, resin contain should be 45%~55%, resin contain of resin-rich layer is above 75%.

3. Barcol hardness

surface hardness can not be less 30 Barcol hardness.

4. Degree of cure

degree of cure of mould press can not be less 90%, it can not be less 80% exclude mould press.

5. porosity

porosity should be under 3%.

6. water absorption

should be lower 0.5%

8. Tensile strength

Sort A1, A2 should be above 150MPa, A2, B2 should be above 110 MPa.

Sort A1, A2, need to do the falling sphere test  and deformation and crack can not be allowed.  impact toughness

(no gap) for A1, A2 can not lower 150kg/cm2 and for B1, B2 can not lower 100kg/cm2.

11. color fastness to light

sort A1, A2 can not lower 6.

12. protection class: IP66

13. VMQ(silicon rubber) seal ring temperature range: -60°c-130°c

14. surface anti-resistance: 1012 Ohm.
