 :: Directions for use  :Use the earplug into a clean, dry and healthy ear canal.  Choose the right size of earplugs for a proper fit to insure full protection.  Place the earplug in outer ear canal with slight twisting motion.  Be sure no hair is in the ear when inserting the earplug.  In presence of background noise, check that Quiet Ear/Silent Ear blocks out noise and that you can hear yourself speak.  To remove : gently press the back of the ear until the earplug is expelled.  Store in the special container storage provided.
