Rapid dyeing agent for wool and other polyamides. 

Features:

Can be applied on cashmere, mercerized wool, other animal hair, wool blends as well as polyamide and silk fabrics.It can be applied in dyeing processes of loose fibre, wool top, wool yarn and fabric. Reduces dyeing time approximately by 30-50% depending on dyestuff properties.Higher dye uptake at a low temperatures.Creates additional dyeing sites on fabric.Produces level dyeing on wool fibres having different dyeing properties.Minimises faulty dyeing due to variations in substrates and their origin.Reduces effluent load due to better exhaustion of dyes.Damages to wool fibre can be avoided due to possibility of dyeing of wool at a low temperatures.Suitable for dyeing of acid dyes, metal complex dyes, mordant dyes and reactive dyes on wool.Low temp dyeing----Triagal WLD reduces the dyeing temperature of Cashmere to 80-90°C, this greatly reduces the damage or hydrolysis of Cashmere when treated under high temperature conditions. Thus the spinning property of Cashmere is improved leading to energy saving.
