Working principle:

     3-cylinder dryer is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters in accordance with certain mathematicl relationship and structural form, embedded in each phase.

    According to thermal power principle, the lifting blade and guiding of different angles and spacing are provided in the cylinders, this structure can guarantee that the dried materials move under the gravity action and along the direction of spiral movement, keeping enough stay time and sufficient dispersion in cylinders, which makes full heat exchange between the materials in cylinders and the hot air from the combustion chamber.
