Function

Guoxin sand dryer adopts downstream drying when both of flue gas and wet materials get access to the drying machine form the same side, and the high temperature flue gas is used to obtain high evaporation strength, good drying effect. The new designed inner structure of the cylinder can enhance the cleaning and heat conduction performance of the broken materials, eliminate the adhesion effect on the inner wall of the barrel body, and improve its adaptation to high humidity and sticky materials.The adoption of center regulation support wheel device of the drying machine enables the support wheel and roll ring be in constant linear contact, which greatly reduces the wear and power loss of the product.

Working principle of sand dryer machine

Humidity materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope 3º-5º to horizontal line.Humidity materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together.Humidity materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotactes. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely, then drying efficiency is improved.
