This 2D5 dryer machine is one of the necessary machines in can cover making line,

it is used to dry various shapes of tin cans lids.covers automatically.

The inner oven is circulated hot-blast air, which can dry and vulcanize all shapes of cans lids with glue.

Lids with glue are automatically feeded into the tunnel of oven by conveyer belt, 

that keep conveying speed and temperature complementary and guarrantee better stoving and vulcanizing. After this procedure, the lids will be conveyed to cooling tunnel to cool rapidly.

In order to make  hot lids  can quickly cooled down, there is a cooling tunnel at the end of the machine,

the air cooling is made by a # 6 ventilator machine.

In order to reduce the loss of temperature, walls of oven are installed with good insulating layer,

and there are 8 doors at the import and export of both ends. when  drying, the door is opened by lids moving. If you can`t find the door flexibly ,you can add some lubricant on the axle.
