Freeze drying food uses ice sublimation principle. Freezing the food at low temperature, then, sublimating the ice in vacuum condition directly to dehydrate and dry the food. After being dehydrated and dried, the food keeps the original color, fragrance and shape, and saves best the biologic active edible mushroom , cheese products, tea, fruit juice, beverage, edible flower, noodle, congee, various food additives, and etc.
Introduction:
Use material pushcart to transport: by elevated rail transportation or ground rail transportation.
Weight measuring function: there is a weight measuring device set in the drying case to measure the weight of the material during the whole drying process.
Full function of shelf freezing and heating: the whole freezing and drying process can be fulfilled in the drying case.
All made of stainless steel: the drying case, shelf and water capturer are all made of stainless steel to ensure the whole machine to be permanently clean.
Advanced and reliable control system: programmable control device and man-machine interface operation system.
