Model Description: 1. “DZ”denotes substructure. 2. “450”expresses max. Static load and the unit of weight is 10KN. 3. “/10.5”implies the height of drill floor (m). 4. “S”means two-step rising 5. “X”means one-step rising 6. “XD”box-on-box.
II. Four kinds of substructure: box-on-box, integrate and one step rising, two-step rising, swing-lift
III. Box-on-box: The front platform is high for ease of installing BOP. The rear platform is lower for ease of installing main drawworks and transmission unit.
IV. Integrate and one step rising: The substructure is raised in place with the mast. The mast, the drill floor, and equipment on the drill floor are installed at ground level and raised/lowered with power of drawworks.
V. Two-step rising: The drill floor and equipment on the drill floor can be installed at ground level. The mast is raised when the drill floor is in the lower position. Then raise the drill floor and the mast integrally. On the drill floor there are two hydraulic cylinders (DS & ODS), which are used as buffers at the time of raising and to provide push force at the time of lowering.
VI.Swing-lift: String up rope for the mast and substructure at a time. The swing-lift substructure is continuously raised with power of the drawworks. The mast, the drill floor, and equipment on the drill floor are installed at ground level.
VII. The substructures conform to API Spec 4F and are used API monogram on them.
