BZCLYCD400CCA truck mounted drilling rig is designed by our engineers, with 11.00R20 steel wire off road tyre.

The chassis is CHANG’AN heavy truck 8x6 special vehicle. The transfer case, main drive system, gear box, double-winch, mud pump, turntable, drill tower, feeding tools are all on the chassis.

The drilling rig has compact structure, with the same engine for chassis moving and rig drilling controlled by PTO.

Equipped with reverse circulation 6PS sand pump, directional circulation clean water centrifugal pump  IS150-125-315, 2BV5121 vacuum pump; BW850/20A reciprocate double-cylinder double-acting piston mud pump, controlled clutch combine or separate pneumatic.

The power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine; the rig installs distribute implement and hydraulic system.

We set up a generator (15kw) , so that it is convenient to illuminate or work at night.

Equipped with hydraulic winch, mast pulley block, assist pressure device of flying rings beside water tap, can give pressure when drill in the mud rock, weathered rock, bed rock.

Using reverse& directional water tap,182X182X4.5M driving drill pipe and 168×8×3M assistant drill pipe,  IS150 clean water pump realize directional circulation, change to 6PS sand pump to realize reverse circulation by pneumatic clutch switch.  The sand pump and clean water pump is driven by a special transfer case. The vacuum pump can take out air of the sand pump.

The master drive of rig is mechanical, the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case, mud pump clutch system are air operated.

The appearance of rig is pretty, it is high efficiency because of having a larger torque of the turntable, it is mainly used for water well, construction, national defense building foundation, hydrology exploration, geothermic well and other foundation working, it is popular at home and abroad.   

The rig installs oil heater in winter, oil radiator in summer to adapt different season.

According to client’s requirement, the rig can carry out Down-the-Hole hammer drilling with USA Sullair, Japan PDSKIOOS,Sweden Atlas, China Kaishan,Hongwuhuang; can carry out air lifting reverse circulation drilling with air-water used tap, double-wall drilling pipe, gas-water separator; can carry out Hydraulic DTH hammer drilling rock breaking with 850/20A mud pump; can carry out core-drilling with other special drilling tools.
