We produce our wooden doors using a new type of decorative building material - WPC with polymeric foam material, which is lumber substitute, varnish free an d environment-friendly.
WPC composite doors are featured with perfect waterproof, fine fire-retarding, good sound-isolation and mothproof.
1. Surface: WPC (PVC + calsuim carbonate + wood fiber), 1.8mm thickness.
2. Skeleton and filling materials: Chinese fir + chipboard + polyurethane + MDF + polywood.
3. Door frame: MDF / Chinese fir, plywood, etc.
4. Architrave: WPC+PVC coating, 15mm thick, 65mm or 75mm wide.
5. Door Size: 200 cm X 80 cm - 205 cm X 90 cm (Standard) Maximum Size: 235 cm X 110 cm Thickness: 3.8cm
6. Finish: walnut, black walnut, cherry, maple, brown maple, white paint, rosewood, sapelli, oak, teak, etc.
