Installation InstructionsPreparation:1.Keep the cables and their supporting structures clean and dry. Clear off dust debris and greasy dirt.2. Agitate the coating evenly. Do not add water or any other substances in it.3. Apply or spray the FP-C to appropriate length with a 0l.029 nozzle at a 400 angle.Instructions concerning the certification standard:1.According to IEC 332 test standard, thickness of the coating in dry state shall not be less than 0.55mm.2. According to FM certification standard. Thickness in dry state shall reach 1.6mm.Usage amount:1 .Apply to a thickness of 0.55mm in dry state:2. Consumption amount for surface leveling may be 0.55kb/m2;3. Consumption amount for cable bundles or bridge structures may be 1-1.5kg/m2.(varying with the quantity cables.
