HCR-200 high pressure common rail injection fuel pump test bench is special equipment developed by BEST LTD to test high pressure common rail pump and high pressure common rail injector. 1. USAGEThis test bench can test performance of common rail pump and common rail injector

2. HCR-200 can do the below testTest the fuel metering unit’s performance, highest pressure, start pressure, pressure holding performance and efficiency. Test the oil delivery pump’s oil suction pressure, oil supply pressure, and internal pressure of pump body. It also can test the EDC-U2 system (HP0) of DENSO.Full-automatically test leakage, backflow, pilot injection, cranking , medium oil quantity, maximum load oil quantity, atomization quality, solenoid performance of common rail injectors produced by BOSCH,DENSO,DELPHI,SIEMENS,CATERPILLAR. Display the solenoid’s fault state in real time. Do high pressure cleaning for common rail injector.
