 Hospital 84 disinfectant PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Welson San is formulated to clean, sanitize, bleach and deodorize in food service areas. The alkaline detergent in Welson San is fortified by the chemical action of the chlorine releasing sodium hypochlorite to increase and improve the removal of soils from food preparation equipment.

FEATURES

*     Cleans, sanitizes, bleaches and deodorizes in one operation.

*    Moderate alkalinity, free-rinsing, non-sudsing and economical.

*    Dissolves quickly and completely in hot and cold water to act as a bactericide and fungicide.

*     Varied uses – cleans and sanitizes walls and floors, also fresh vegetables.

USAGE

Non food contact surfaces:

Clean all surfaces and rinse off detergent with clean water. Approximately 50 gms of Welson San per 8 litres of water yields 200 ppm available chlorine. Change solution as needed to prevent the concentration from falling below 50 ppm available chlorine at any time.

Food contact surfaces:

After washing surfaces, sanitizes with a solution of 25 gms to 8 litres of water (100 ppm available chlorine). For utensils, immerse in above solution for at least one minute, then drain and air-dry.
