Commerical Yogurt Ferment Machine
1. Plug in, the machine is ready in refrigeration condition, press emergency switch, point the switch to sterilization condition, the machine start sterilize for 30 minutes, while the door is locked tightly.
2. After sterilization, the buzzer alarm, press emergency stop again, the machine returns back to refrigeration condition. Press the function for 3 seconds on the screen in the middle of the glass door, choose yogurt making.( also you can make natto and rice wine).
3. 3 options for you, light, medium, strong, and fermentation time is 4, 6, 8 hours, and the machine is ready in fermentation temperature at 42 degree. Or you can increase or decrease ferment time, the space is 1 hour.
4. The machine automatically switches to refrigeration status once the fermentation is finished, and the ready temperature is 5 Celsius degree. After 4 hours continuous refrigeration, the machine will defrost for 10 minutes, after that, return back to refrigeration.
