Stud type track roller of this series are full complement cylindrical roller bearings made according to DIN620.
The thick walled outer ring in high quality and casehardened steel is of the same type as the one used for the LIBE yoke type track rollers of series ''TR'' and therefore offers the same high reliability and technology.
The threaded stud acts as raceway and as support and it is made of casehardened high strength steel.
The surface of the raceway only casehardened and termpered while the threaded end is protected in order to avoid possible consequent problems of temper brittleness.
Lubricating holes are provided on the stud when the track roller is manufactured with labyrinth seals. In this case proper grease nipples are supplied together with the bearings.
Stud type track rollers are available slso in sealed performance and therefore supplied with proper closing plugs pressed into the unused lubricating holes.
If ordered the rollers can be supplied with special eccentric bushings in steel or bronze for the adjustment of the stud type track rollers.
