Sand Making machine introduction:
SVI Series sand making machine (Vertical Impact Crusher) is a kind of new type and self-impact (stone-impact-stone) crusher developed by Shaorui Heavy Industries, it has been tested and improved and reaches international levels. By action of a feed system, acceleration system and eddy crushing cavity, the high-speed material flow and the material fall drop into eddy crushing cavity through feed system are impacted tremendously. An eddy current is formed through rebound of eddy crushing cavity, so materials here will be impacted, scrubbed and crushed to realize full crushing.
The advanced crushing method makes SVI series be much effective, lower in cost and longer in service period. The SVI series is widely applied for mining, cement, glass material, fire-resistant material, building aggregates, manual sanding, and fine crushing and rough milling for metallurgic residues, especially for medium-hard, extra-hard and corrosive materials.
SVI series sand making machine is designed as third or fourth stage crusher. Both rock-impact-rock and rock-impact-steel crushing types have the features of reducing operational cost per ton, quick and easy replacement of wearing parts, easily-controlled product grading.
Not only is it widely used in traditional quarry for sand making and mining plants, but also in a wide range special industries.It can apply to crush various stones with different hardness like bauxite, quartz and basalt.

Sand making machine Working Principle:
When materials enter the hopper, they will be divided into two parts by material-distribution tray. One part enters the high speed rotated impeller and the others fall down around the impeller.
The part that enters the impeller will be cast out with the co-work of distributor and centrifugal force produced by rotated impeller. And they will meet with the other parts fall down around the impeller and crush with each other. (rock-impact-rock action)
Together, two parts materials will impact to the liners and be rebounded to the top of crushing chamber (rock-impact-steel action). Then they will change direction upwards to downwards and form a continuous materials screen with materials that cast out from the impeller. At last, the finished material will be discharged.

Working principle:
It has a unique reversible crushing cavity and upper & lower two crushing sections. Raw materials were fed from the top and crashed with high-speedly rotated blow bar; and then counterattacked to liners. The process repeated and the materials can be discharged when meet with reqruied size.
