Vertical Cooling Tower
The cooling tower is mainly used for cooling down the cream filled wafer, which makes the wafer better and hard enough for cutting and packing. The capacity and feature is connected with the required cooled time for wafer, the cooling time can be set in the range of 15 to 25 minutes depending on different biscuit. it can be adjusted from 13ºC to 15ºC under room temperature, the wafer is placed on the holder on the conveying belt is cooled through the cooling tower. The main conveying belt is step with in-out 2 conveying machine. Available to put in and put out for the non-defective wafer, it can self-clean up after ending production.
The unit is mainly in stainless steel construction; especially for the frame, conveying chain and all parts connected the products. The insulating layer is adopted with the PB high-standard steel, the rotary door has the check and clean easy, the watch window in the door is for the monition of product.
