How to use the ice pack :

1. Add Water: When the ice pack is used the first time, open the sealing of the water inlet and fill the bag with water until 250ml or 400ml (don’t fill water over two third of the bag or over 400ml).  You may fill with less water first and then add more water if it is insufficient.  If too much water is filled in the bag, after freezing, the bag may burst (the volume of ice is greater than that of water). Shake it gently left and right to help the content to dissolve.

2. Wait: After a few seconds, the content inside the ice pack will mix with the water and turn into a gel.
