Introduction:
Belt conveyor with little noise, large delivery value, simple structure, convenient maintenance and so on. It is widely used in mine, metallurgy, coal, and clay brick production lines to transport bulk materials and pieces of products. Working condition is between -20°C and +40°C, material delivered temperature below 50°C.
Structure:
Belt conveyor consists of frame, conveying belt, belt roller, tensioning device, driving device and so on. Connected by the perfect steel plate, different height of the back and forth landing leg forming the rack, there is a certain inclination angle between the plane and the ground. Installing belt roller and touch roll on the rack for driving and supporting the conveying belt. It has two kinds way to drive itself, one kind is with speed reducer and the other kind is with electric roller.
