1 Pump body,is consisted of statorrotortubing mandrellimiter and adaptor.Stator goes down the well together with tubing and anchorage. Rotor goes down together with sucker rod and is matched with stator to form multistage sealing cavity. When ground driving device rotates as per clockwise in the stator through sucker rod driving rotor, multistage sealing cavity of rotor move from down to up so that lifting the raw oil to earth.Landing depth of pump is related to the stage of sealing cavity. Delivery capacity of pump is related to lead of rotor and stator and speed of driving device and life span of pump is mainly related to performance of stator rubber.To choose appropriate sucker rod pump ,the depth of going down well of pump and fluid production capacity, main corrodent in the down hole should be informed ahead of time
2 It is mainly consisted of prime motor electric motor or diesel,triangle wheelgear setanti-reverse structure load partspolish rod fastener,sealing packing and frame.By using pulley single stage curved gear slows the speed of motor,drives the axle shaft rotation,between driving axis and polish rod transmit torque through polish rod fastener so that driving the sucker rod rotor to rotate.The driving device is electric motor,pulley with different diameter can interchange in order that it can apply the change of different oil well with different fluid production capacity or same oil well with different fluid production capacity.The device adopts click pulley,ratchetting anti-reverse structure. The device can prevent sucker rod releasing from the reverse of sucker rod under the unexpected power failure circumstances.In the oil well without power,our company design and manufacture the driving device of diesel which have same effect for pumping. 3 Electrical appliance control box Electrical appliance control box is special designed for screw rod sucker rod pump,ensure the forward of motor to prevent the release ,has excellent overload protection and instant protection as short circuiting.
