PE-AL-PE Pipe is one kind of special composite construction with 5 layers, interior and exterior layers are made from PE with high density, the middle layer is ultrasonic stitch welding aluminum layer, which isolates all kinds of liquid from penetration.it’s an organic bond after special hot melting adhesive among PP-R layers and aluminum layer with high temperature.The composite construction: PE----Hot melt adhesive----Aluminum----Hot melt adhesive----PE 

Feature:

1. Extensive temperature resistance and high pressure resistance;2. Anti-corrosion, Smooth interior surface, less resistance of fluid;3. Sanitary, Non-oxygen permeation, The working life is approximately 50 years under the normal pressure and maximum temperature;4. Antistatic, fire resistance, freeze resistance, shock resistance;5. Liable to bend and unbend without rebound;6. Light weight, easy transportation and preservation;7. Less joint, low chance of seepage;8. Easy installation and wide application. 

Application:
