2). Before returning: please make sure it meets the below condition,
Dresses must be in original condition-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint & hair, and with tags intact & attached.
3). Return process
a. Please send the original dress to us including a brief note describing the reason you are returning the merchandise
b. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment. Contact us via email or telephone. To report such items, contact our online customer service team immediately via the e-mail, or select the 'Contact Us' hyperlink located at the bottom of our website.Depending upon stock availability, We will attempt to replace defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase price for the item(s).

Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?
A: The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 13-16 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.
