Extrusion Unit System (cladding type):

It is used to extrude polyethylene adhesive and polyethylene protective coating lay and twine to the external wall of the steel pipe. 

The polyethylene protective coating layer can protect the epoxy powder layer. Currently in the production 

of 3PE anticorrosion pipelines.

It mainly includes cladding type and twining type, while the twining type includes upper type and side type

1. Cladding Type:

Features:

a. The Cladding Type has the features of lustrous surface,uniform coating and high quality.

b. Adopting this device, it can greatly save materials and other consumable items.

c. But because of the straight coating type, this device may affect the homogeneity of the powder spraying/coating, so this device only adopts the pipes below 630.
