Directions

1, To remove unstable rust scale and dirt through the soak system.

2, Please inject water to system after dewatering .

3, For cleaning host machine,add  water at the ratio of 1:20 to 1:30. For cleaing the whole cooling water system, add water at the ratio of 1:30 to 1:50; For cleaning the whole chilled water system, add water at the ratio of 1:100 to 1:150.

4, The first putting in Calci Gone, the color of dewatering is yellow or other. In case of quick potions reaction velocity blocking sstem, can put in potion for three or four times interval 30 minutes.

5, Running a time after injecting all Calci Gone, the PH value will obviously increase than injecting on the initial.

6, For the system circulation , if cleaning host machine, the circulation time is about  8 hours.Cleaning cooling water, the time is 6 to 12 hours. For chilled water, the time is 12 to 24 hours.

7, According to the suggested dose and time cycle, if add Calci Gone again, water into red show tht system already clean.

8, Before removing wastewater, Please neutralize Sodium Hydroxide or Soda ash to 7-8, this can guarantee dischange sewage can meet the national dischange standard.

9, With water fush 1 to 2 times thoroughly to remove al remining.

10, After injecting water, please put in Comstar Scale &Corrosion Inhibitor and Algae Destroyer timely, in order to maintain ystem.

11, Calci Gone is acid liquid, so don't contact with skin when used.
