The bimetal is sensitive to temeprature and current, when it reaches the acting temperature, the bimetal disc will act rapidly and cut off the circuit; when it reaches the closing temperature prset, the bimetal disc will return to its initial status and the circuit will be on. BR thermal protecors are of advanced structure, high contact capacity and long cycle life.
