Scope of application
Our TLYMD25-100A, 250A-type multi-functional automatic protection switch sets open phase, over-current, shortcircuit protection as one.They not only can run on motor in AC 380V and 50Hz circuit with a wide range of automatic protection, but also can infrequently start the motors as switches, and prevent the distribution transformers’ switches from being off the brakes as well as play a preventive role in the over current damage of transformer caused by lacking phase operation of multiple motors with fusing main fuse .
The advantage of this protection switch is to solve the problems in the market that is the high-pressure phase failure (switch drops down or trips)does not work.
Multi-functional automatic protection switch applies to the following environment.
1.Altitude is not more than 2500 meters;
2.No rain and snow erosion.
3 No explosive medium ,corrosion ,damages for the insulating gas and conductive dust.
The structure and working principles
The multifunctional protection switch is a fastreaction motor protection switch. All parts are mounted in the bakelite shell. (Working principles are shown in Figure 1)
The signal of phase failure is extracted from the three concatenated transformers.
When the motor is running with default phase, two output ends of concatenated transformers will output a phase failure signal that triggers electronic trigger then drives the release to open the automatical switch so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the motor.
When motor occurs the over current or short circuit, over current release will trip timely so as to open the automatical switch (the over current circuit breaker has electronic and hydraulic types) so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the motor.

When installing electronic protection switch,some points should be noted:
When inlet or outlet line, screws musted be tightened so as to avoid burning the switch.
Phase failure protection switch protects operating current of 75mA-100mA, only protects the motor pumps.
Switch should be waterproof and moistureproof so as to avoid short circuit then burned.
When answer the experiment button,should add appropriate load (electric pump or motor) to press and hold for 3-5 seconds, otherwise, the switch does not trip.
