Characteristic and Application
White smell-less and non-pollution fine crystal powder,with small toxicity,it widely used in the kinds foamer of sulfonyl hydrazide.To lower the decomposition temperature can add PbCd and Zn .
Also it can be used in producing some vesicular pore products of no-smellnon-pollution and non-decolor.Applying to the normal temperature foam and destensible elastomer . Such as,SBRLDRFPRnatural rubber and thermoplastic products.It is able to mix with the blend composition of rubber and resin.As the widely usage,it was called the omnipotent blowing agent.In addition,relying on its good insulation,it is usually used in the making of wire and cable.Under certain circumstance,it can be used as blowing agent,but also be a cross linker,and can be mixed together with other foamers.
Storing and Security:
No-smell,innocuity, Storability.Under normal temperature,it will not decompose,also needto store up in the shady and dry place.Far away from steam pipe,fire source, and avoid to the sunlight.Strictly forbidden to directly contact with acid and alkali.We suggest to put it in the area with good aeration to avoid the dust,deeply contact with skin or swallow.It is easy to moisture absorption.please pay attention to dampproof.If occur some backfire while operating,just put out with water,not able to try other maintenance of fire equipments,for fear dally over the time.
