1.About Neutral Cellulase

It  is a kind of netural solid cellulase which is derived through fermentation, extraction and refinement from trichoderma. Mainly used to degrade cellulose in the fibers to create oligosaccharide and glucose. Cellulase is very complicated. This enzyme contains a certain amount of hemicellulase, etc.

3.Enzyme activity definition

The enzyme quantity of using 1g enzyme powder or 1ml enzyme liquid hydrolyze sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution and produce 1mg glucose in 1 hour under the condition of 50 °C and pH 4.8 is a enzyme activity unit.
