Three in one scouring agent is a multi-functional pre-treatment auxiliary.

It has strong properties of washing, dispersing, emulsifying and chelating, easy to use.

Can be used for further bleaching and scouring to cotton, hemp, silk, viscose, polyester, spandex, soybean fiber, 

bamboo fiber blended and mixed fabrics. 

It can replace caustic soda, oxidizer, surfactant, and chelate stablizer, etc.

Operating temperature is 70-80 deg.C, it's help to save energy.

Properties

Application

Advice dosage

Yarn and knitted fabric

Three in one scouring agent  1-1.5g/l        

Alkali  0.5-1g/l        

Hydrogen peroxide   6-8g/l

Liquor ration     1/10            

Temperature   100°C                    

time   45-60min

 Notice: The higher is the temperature, the better is for scouring effect.

Storage & Package

125 kg or 200kg/plastic drum.Can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions. 

Seal it well if there is residue of product after use. Transport as general chemical. 

Note 

Please prevent the package from rupture and moisture absorption during moving and storing.Please fasten the unspent 

scouring agent and far away from reductive chemical.
