Flame Retardant P630

 

Application and Properties P630 is a kind of novel reactive phosphorus-containing polyhydroxy flame retardant. It is used to produce the flexible polyether-based polyurethane foam for flame lamination. It can retard flame, improve the performance of resolidification after melted by heat, increase the binding power between the polyurethane foam sheets with the fabric, and shorten the solidification time to boost productivity. With low viscosity, P630 is soluble in polyether polyols and water. Its dosage is generally 3~8pphp.

Storage and Application This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive. It must be sealed and stored in dry and cool place. If it cannot be used up at one time after being uncovered, the cover should be tightened during storage. Its shelf life is more than 12 months. In case of any contact with your skin, immediately wipe off and wash with water or cleanser.Specification
