CSM was brought forth in industrialization in 1955. Now, its total volume in the world is about 45,000 metric tons/year, the key  

a)      CSM-20 finds a good application in coatings of soft materials and adhesive products, and the best one is of gum latex;

b)      CSM-30 is primely applied in coatings of ebonite compounds, in addition to anti-corrosion coatings of inside and outside walls of plants and equipment  under acidic and alkali conditions, because of its anti weather and aging characteristics and acid-proof, alkali-proof and solvent-proof properties;

c)       CASM-30 can be also used for medical gloves and electrical insulating gloves, etc.;

d)      CSM-40 is mainly applied in cables insulating sheathes and cables jackets, surpassing CSM-20 in aspects of grease-proof, deformation-proof, anti-breaking, anti-abrasion and acid-proof;

e)      CSM-45 is chiefly applied in making of high rigidity products, such as plastic carpet, waterproof roof, shoe sole and sponge insole.
