Cationic PAM, copolymerized by cationic monomer and acrylamide. It is a water-soluble and linear organic polymer with high molecular weight.
Application
As flocculating agent, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including settlement, clarification, concentrate and sludge dewatering processes.
The main applications: urban sewage treatment, paper making, food processing, petrochemical, metallurgical, miner dressing, dyeing, sugar making and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.
In the paper industry, used as dry strength agents, retention agents, and filter aids. It can greatly improve paper quality, save cost and improve the production capacity.
In recent years, it is used as the chemical material in the oil field, such as the anti-clayswelling agent, acidifingdensifier.
Use Method
Being used, PAM should be dissolved in solution of 0.1%-0.2%. If not use the matching dissolved equipment and dosing system, solution should be put in the diluted cans. Adding the solution by screw pump and adjust the amount according to the actual situation.
