Ceramic packings have excellent acid resistance and heat resistance .Them can resist to corrosion of various inorganic acids,organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid ,and can be used in high or low temperature conditions.consequently their application ranges are very wide.The packings can be used in the drying columns,absorbing columns,cooling towers,scrubbing towers in chemical industry,metallurgy industry,coal gas industry,oxygen producing industry,etc.

These saddles have excellent resistance to acids except in the case of hydrofluoric acid.The saddles softening point is 1400°C min,and they show good thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between 20 and 820 °C.Thermal shock test of ceramic saddle for RTO.
For example shipping the saddles over 80m3:
Randomly pick 100-200 pieces of addles from the batch or shipmentFor each sample selected,heat it up to and maintain them at this temperature for 30 minutesDrop the hot pieces into cold 20 °C waterRepeat steps two(2) and three(3)ten times on each and every piece in the sample lot.Examine the pieces and count the percentage that show clear signs of breakage and /or cracking.Our standard is “less”than eight(8%)percentTo get further information, pls visit our website:
