We choose pure aluminum 1060(conductivity 230) as cooling fins whose thickness is 0.4~0.8mm, which is patented hook up connecting structure. The thickness of heat conducting plate is only 2.5mm.There is no gap between fins and heat conducting plate which increase contact area, which make dissipating heat better. Existing air holes in fins lead high heat out by air flow through air passage.
Cooling fins can reduce 5~11 degree compared with other designs. The weight of heat sink is only 60% of cutting aluminum body.
