3.Sample:

We may need 7 days to make the sample with one pc and one color,also we need the sample fee and the express fee,but there would be return after place order.

4.Packing:

Always have two package,one is shoes box with carton,the second is just in shoes box.But we also can package as client requirement.

5.Delivery time:

After receive deposit,we need 15~25 days to make goods for one 20' FT

6.Payment:

Acturally,we just agree on two payment:one is T/T,another is paypal/ecrose .But normally we choose in T/T,usually is 30% deposit and pay the balance before shipment.
