Choosing size:
This is the size chart of the dresses in our company. Range of error: ±2cm.There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition. Don't rely on the size you usually have and only choose the size base on a proper measurement. Please check the dress size chart above, it helps you to determine the dress size for individual dress style. All dresses are designed for people with average height and body shape. If you are too tall or too short, or odd body shape, please carefully choose the dress style. 1.I just start to open my shop. I really love your dresses, Can I become one of your agents? How does it work?
Yes, of course. First, you should have a Sales platform with good credit ,no mattter online shop or physical store. Second, We have our agent application form and agreement, please sign it and send it to us. We will verify it within 24 hours and send all of our photos and price list to you.
2.I have an online shop, but I have my brand. Can I resell your dresses on our website without your logo?
Yes,we can send you clear photos without our logo. Also we promise you that we will not put our company name, logo on the dresses, the package if you require this.
3.I am just a retailer, in order to save shipping fee and time, can I do drop shippping?
Yes, We welcome drop shipping business. We guarantee that we will dispacth the dresses directly to your customer if you request it.
4.Can you customize a dress according to my size?Not all of our dresses can be customized,please contact us to know details.
5.How do I wash my dress?Because our dresses are well-made with very complicated workmanship, please don't wash them in washing machines. In fact, evening dresses look best in their original conditions and need not to be washed often. If you do want to wash them, dry-cleaning is the best choice. The second choice is to wash them softly in cold water by hand.If you have many evening dresses to be washed,please don't wash them in one container at the same time,you can wash one dress in the container first,then put the next dress in the container and wash it softly.
