Ceramic honeycomb filter apply to metal liquid filtration, it is made by material of mullite or cordierite ceramics. With unique honeycomb structure, high surface areas, low thermal expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance and high compressive strength. Improving the adsorption and capturing tiny impurities ability, so as to get rid of non-metal impurity and gas, purify metal liquid, make the metal liquid steady and reduce the vortex. It not only reduces casting cost, but also improves casting quality and prolongs the working life of the casting. The working temperature will up to 1450 c.
