Nano CaCO3 filler Masterbatch for PP Spunbond Nonwoven

(PP nonwoven nano caco3 masterbatch)

 Advantage: 

1. this caco3 particle is narrowly distributed betwwen 60- 80 nm

2. the particle won't stick together in the plastic melt  

3. no inflence to the nonwoven's quality

4. reduce the nonwoven's cost

Usage:

Directly mix with the PP resin, keep the masterbatch well distributed

Additve rate:

5%-30%,higher rate depend on the user requiement and tiral

  

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1. Kraft-plastic bag , 25kg / bag.

2. Transportations according to non-dangerous good. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3. The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 30 minutes.
