PH level : 3.3 : 3.5.        Microbiological analysis :--         Total viable count : less 500/g-         Yeast & moulds : absent-         Coli forms : totally absent-         Enterbacteriaceae /other pathogens : absent.        Pesticides residues:- confirm to EEC  regulation in respect of residual pesticides levels.        Infestation and foreign : insect, insect fragments, insect damaged fruit , live infestation are totally absent.        G.M.O: do not contain genetically modified organisms.
