Lan cable production process :

core wire extrusion → core wire pair-twist →core wire cabling →sheath →packing

A.50+30 extruder line

Application :apply to CAT5 ,CAT5E,CAT6 core wire extrusion(500-600m/min)

B.60+30 high speed insulation extruder line

 Application : apply to CAT5 ,CAT5E , CAT6, core wire extrusion (800-1200m/min)

C.65+40 continuous drawing annealer extruder line

Apply to CAT5, CAT5E , CAT6,CAT6E core wire extrusion.

2.core wire pair-twist

       twist pitch range is around 10-25mm 

      high requirement for twist pitch stability and tension control

      twist pitch tolerance is below 0.3% or 0.05mm

      tension fluctuation is below10% , cat5e above core wire need to adopt back-twist pay-off so that enhancing pair-twist quality.

A.500 model auto-tension pair-twist machine + double bobbin back-twist pay-off

Apply to cat5 , cat5e core wire pair-twist

B. 500 model Thrice twist wire machine

Apply to cat5 , cat5e , cat6 , core wire pair-twist

3.core wire cabling

         Usually use high precise high quality 630-1000 model cantilever single twist machine twist 4 pairs of core wire , with trait of high quality , high precision , no-hurt wire.

4.sheath extruder line

         usually adopt 80 model or 70 model extruder line to make Lan cable sheath after 4 pairs of core wire cabling

5.coiling packing

LAN cable coiling lengh normally is 301M per carton , currently mainly use double bobbin reticulated coiling machine
