self lubricating bronze bushing is made of strong cast brass with graphite lubricating. 

The base brass can withstand high load and the solid lubricants will provide self-lubricating when using. 

The products are widely used in machinery industry, such as casting machine, mining machinery, shipping, 

steam turbine, etc.

2. Able to working under extreme high/low temperature with low speed

3. Working temperature range: -100oC~+300oC

4. Normal size from 1015 to 120100; flanged size from 101415 to 101420

These demountable self lubricating bushings are available in standard and short profiles and are ideally

 suited for running with commerical and precision posts. They are manufactured from cast aluminum

 bronze material and are prefitted to the sample diameter guide posts to ensure are interchangeable.

Selflubricating bushings contain graphite plugs which are impregnated with oil. When the bushings

 reach 80-90°F as a result of friction between the bushings
