The ordinary type bumer car is motivated by the the electric line on the roof or on the floor, so the old type of bumper car is limited by the playground. This new type bump car is motivated by the battery , installed in the car. In this way, we can play the bumper car more freely, anywhere the ground is big /flat/safe enough for the cars.
