Triple double glazed

Double Glazed Units is made of two or more pane of glass between which aluminum/warm edge spacer is filled with NATERGY 3A molecular sieve. The edge of spacer is sealed by high strength sealing sealants P.I.B. (Double sealing: Butyl used for the first sealing, Kommerling polysulfide rubber or silicon structural sealants should be chosen according to purpose)

Optical performance

Various glass substrates can be used for IGU to meet the request of sunlight transmission and reflection. In general, the range of sunlight transmission rate is 10-80%, reflection rate is 13-35%

 

Thermal Performance

Heat transfer coefficient U value can be effectively reduced by IGU, if inert gas as argon is filled; heat transfer coefficient can be further even dramatically reduced to 0.80

 

Sound insulation performance

IGU is ideal sound insulating material. Normal IGU can reduce noise by 30 dB, and IGU filled with inert gas can further 5 dB, IGU can reduce 80 dB traffic noise to 45 dB, which is very quiet to rest

 

Anti-dew under low temperature

As IGU is filled with enough desiccant, it can effectively absorb the vapor in the inner space or penetrated from outside to ensure the gas in inner space is dry and would not dew above -40°C

Windows and doors, ceiling, curtain wall, partition of buildings; sound insulation is utmost importance, like school, hospital, office building, airport, and hotel; also applied for refrigeration appliance, aircraft, ships, etc.
