Main Features
1.This machine adopts the design of the powerful combination, the principal axis bearings of the extrusion system and the mireurn are connected for integral whole, which aims to keep the coaxiality of the main shaft. Thus, the extrusion will be uniform with strong extruding pressure and small wave motion. In addition, it also adopts the design of flexible top and bottom combinative form. The top side is used to compress the mire in advance to guarantee high vacuum degree, thus, the brick will be more dense and solid. It is applicable to make all kinds of hollow ricks with the raw material of coal gangue, shale, fly ash and clay. Notice, this machine can be made in 1-square or t-square.
2.Using of the whole coal, shale, fly ash, clay and other raw materials, such machine is very suitable for the factory with designed annual production capacity of more than 60 million standard bricks. It also is the ideal machine for produting wall ornamental brick, fairfaced brickwork and so on. Such machine belong to our own newly developed product, compared with other machines, it boasts of high output low-power motors, two-section semi-hard plastic mud extrusion characteristics.
