Working Principle:Overturning hoist take the blanks with mould to the cutting cart by turing 90 degree, demould and then leave the blanks and side plates to the cutting machine. The cutting cart moved pushed by the motor to finish cutting, milling flutes, cross cutting. The cutting cart continue to move to the central of the cutting set. The cutting cart continue to move again to the hoist group and then lift to the hardening cart by the hoist. At last, the cutting machine return to the original position for the next cycle.  Key Features:1) Simple and practical structure, easy installation and maintenance.

2) Fixed vertical cutting device, vertically putting the blanks at the 600m width, short cutting steel wire, uneasy to break and drift, high cutting precision, short walking time of cutting cart.
