The lime is sent into the jaw crusher by electromagnetic vibration feeder and belt conveyor for crushing , Crushed lime is lift into the lime storage bin with bucket elevator, then by screw conveyor convey into ball mill, Fine grinding materials are conveyed into the powder bunker by the screw conveyor and bucket elevator. Chemical materials are made into certain density solution and then sent into the storage tanks .Aluminum powder is shipped to the production workshop from aluminum powder storage, the electric hoist lift the aluminum powder to the ingredients floor on the second floor of the building, pouring them into a blender, adding quantitative water and stirring into aluminum suspension solution.3 Aerated concrete dosing, mixing, pouring
Lime, cement are conveyed to automatic batching scale cumulative measurement by the screw conveyor under the powder bunker in turn, the screw conveyor under the scale can cast the materials uniformly into the casting and mixing machine. Fly ash (or sand, fine lime) and waste slurry are measured in the Flow tank, Then the casting and mixing machine can stirring the slurry under the condition of all kinds of materials measured as well as mould prepared, slurry before casting should achieve process requirements (40-45 °C), if the temperature is insufficient, we can fill steam in the flow tank for heating, adding the aluminum suspension solution 0.5 ~ 1 minute before pouring slurry .4,Aerated concrete pre-curing and cutting After casting ,mould is pushed into action room for steaming-curing by the conveying chain , temperature in the action room reach 50 to 60 °C, the initial curing time for a 1-2 hours (according to the geographical advantage can omit the process), then using the negative sling lift the mould and the green brick to the prepared cutting machine which on the autoclave. take off the mould frame, Cutting machine do transverse cutting , longitudinal cutting and milling machine bread head on the green brick., frame mode back to the ferry vehicle for manual clean and oil removing, then hang back to mould and grouped to the next casting, cut brick and the autoclave bottom plate are laid on the kettle through the flip hoist for two layer ,between the layer have four support, several kettle make for a group .The edge waste of the cut green brick is sent to the waste slurry mixer around the cutting machine, adding water makes the waste slurry, stored for using.
5 Aerated concrete and finished productsGreen brick is grouped before the stop line of the autoclave, open the autoclave door, carried the finished autoclaved brick out of the kettle with windlass, and then pull the green brick autoclave into the kettle for maintenance. Finished bricks are lift to the manufactured good store with flip hoist. Then push them to the finished good pile through a fork lift. The empty autoclave and the autoclave bottom plate lift to the palletizer for the next turn with the windlass.
