Introduction
SZS Series coal water mixture(CWM) steam boiler/hot water boiler is a new generation of environmentally friendly boiler, With low fuel costs and low pollutant emissions, is the best alternative to fuel, coal-fired boiler;ZSZ series CWM boiler is optimized in design, circulate naturally and negative pressure exhausting.smoke is vented from the bottom of the boiler through the boiler burn chamber, the convection pipelines, the economizer etc,and then through the special dust catcher for Desulphurization and Dedusting to reach the environment standard , is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhausting blower through the chimney. The very little slag is discharged out of the boiler by the slag-discharging system and exhausted rate reachs more than 98%, designed exhauster rate reaches 90% ; the discharged slag is reduced significantly and discharge accord with “Emission standard of air pollutants for coal-burning oil-burning gas-fired boiler”and strict environmental protection. Pre-steady combustion chamber structure and a reasonable cross-section of the furnace, the volume, so that CWM boiler can adapt to a variety of combustion of the coal-water mixture and effective control of the furnace coking phenomenon.
